CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Advance notice allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule their session. If the session is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be refunded. If the appointment is rescheduled 24 hours before the original time, the deposit will count towards the following session.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact will be considered a "no-show," and the deposit will not be refunded.

If you arrive late to the appointment time, keep in mind the session has been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate appointments to follow. I do my best to satisfy the scheduled time. However, if you are late, you will be responsible for the "full" session regardless of the treatment's length.
